Job Responsibilities:
Define longterm enterprise technology blueprint and strategy to support business growth for next 35yrs and help to plan for readiness of systems across functions within the organisation.
Provide insights to the organization from technology and market trends on architecturerelated topics
Evaluate system options in terms of adherence to architecture guidelines
Develop an overall integration architecture for cloud and Devops as well
Able to analyse & identify strategies that can optimize operational costs and improve application maintainability
Identify bottlenecks in applications and devise solutions to ensure the best possible performance quality scalability security and responsiveness of the applications.
Drive operational excellence and NFRs such as HA scalability reliability security quality operability DR etc.
Mentor senior technical leads architects and product managers to drive speed of delivery.
Be the leader to bring in right cultural changes to bring in best practises to support business with efficiency
Required Education Competencies and Experience:
Education: Bachelor s degree in computer science engineering information systems or related field (master s degree preferred).
Experience: 25 years of experience in IT with strong architecture and development expertise. Competencies:
Good understanding of the business and technology dependencies and implications
Good understanding of technology used in the industry
Ability to understand implications of technology decisions holistically business implications on other solutions security performance migration customer experience etc.
Strong understanding of technology trends in the industry
Ability to quickly understand tech implications and ways in which tech can impact business
Excellent communication and people management skills
Ability to manage senior business stakeholders and internal technical team
