Overseas Education Counsellor
Location: Kochi, Kerala, India

Job Description:
Are you a dynamic and results-oriented individual with a passion for international education Do you possess a deep understanding of the admission and visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, and others If so, we are seeking an experienced Regional Manager to lead our Overseas Education team in Kerala.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales and Business Development:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive enrollment in overseas education programs.
Establish and nurture relationships with prospective students and their families.
Stay updated on changes in admission and visa processes for target countries.
Team Leadership:
Lead and manage a high-performing team of education consultants.
Set clear targets, monitor performance, and provide coaching and guidance.
Foster a collaborative and motivated team environment.
Market Expansion:
Identify growth opportunities and market trends in the education sector.
Work closely with the management to expand the company's presence in Kerala.
Seminars and Workshops:
Plan and execute informative seminars, workshops, and events to educate students and parents about overseas education opportunities.
Ensure that the team is well-prepared to deliver presentations.
Knowledge of Admission and Visa Procedures:
Possess a strong understanding of the admission and visa processes for countries like Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Ireland, etc.
Provide expert guidance to students regarding course selection, application procedures, and visa requirements.
Travel:
Be willing to travel extensively across Kerala to meet with clients, attend events, and conduct business development activities.
Qualifications:
A minimum of 5 years of experience in Overseas Education sales and management.
In-depth knowledge of admission and visa procedures for multiple countries.
Proven leadership and team management skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel within Kerala.
A strong network within the education industry is a plus.
