Job Responsibilities – Associate Director - Public Relations
Managed a team of members and spearheaded holistic public relations and integrated communication strategies for clients.
Conduct industry research and develop PR ideas to support new business pitches.
Set goals and success metrics for the team, mentoring them on budgeting, creative development, and content management.
Coordinated cross-functional collaboration with client marketing teams to create seasonal campaign briefs.
Act as the single point of contact for client communication, planning, developing, and assess quarterly, monthly, and annual reviews. Aligned event and PR activity tasks with client goals, ensuring the team met project
deadlines.
Support and coach team members for professional growth, leading discussions on industry best practices.
Ghostwriting for all media responses, press releases, opinions, interviews, and brand communications on behalf of clients.
Utilize analysis, insights, and a collaborative approach to drive organizational improvements and implement best practices.
Craft distinct, out-of-the-box PR ideas for clients for Business Development Pitches PR launches and campaigns to enhance brand awareness.
Support and work collaboratively with the client to develop and execute integrated communications strategies aligned with the organizations overall business and people priorities.
Position and sustain visibility for both client brands & leadership as industry experts.
Highlight corporate developments as meaningful and high-impact narratives for various stakeholders.
Track key performance metrics, action feedback, and fine-tune plans and approaches, as needed.
Communicate to diverse stakeholders and influencers leveraging the latest communication trends and the right mix of communication channels, as appropriate.
Build relationships with the media to create allies on behalf of clients. Manage and build the capabilities and team to ensure on-time delivery and excellence in execution
Lead Public Relations, Online Reputation and Content endeavors for the brand Provide strategic counsel to establish, maintain and sustain the brand leadership position in the homeopathy and healthcare spheres
