Job description

As an important component of Bancassurance distribution, Tele Sales/Tele is a channel of the strategic focus of the leadership. The Channel leverages the existing customer base of Our Bank and helps the customers in purchasing insurance products tailored to their specific needs. Job Roles & Responsibilities: Leads of Potential Customers are assigned by our channel partners To understand the consumer financial requirements and pitch the policy products by calls Generate a Leads from sales departments and advise them on the benefits and advantages of the products To Handle a Walking and Existing Customers of our banking partners Build and maintain a relationship with existing customers and new bancassurance customers Pre- and post-sales support to your team and bancassurance customers Desired Candidate Profile Qualification: Bachelors degree in any stream Experience: 2 to 3 + Years of proven experience required in Sales of BFSI/Insurance or Investment Sectors Excellent lead generation and conversion skill High sales orientation to meet the sales targets consistently Knowledge of Mutual Fund, Life insurance, General insurance, PMS, and structure products Ability to develop contacts in the local area You are adaptable and thrive in changing environments For More Information - You can Contact Directly: Jaydip | HR Team Call/WhatsApp: +91 9265900684
