About Our Client Our client is a leading producer of Quality Protein Staples, Dairy and Packaged Foods with a global presence. Job Description Reporting to the AVP - Foods Division, an incumbent will be responsible for the following:
End-to-end planning of high growth categories
Balancing the cost aspects of inventory with the customer's expectations
Preparing business cases to improve availability or improve inventory efficiency; and aligning leadership for the same
Designing and executing policies, norms to streamline tactical processes of inventory deployment
Defining scalable automation solutions to help manage day-to-day planning processes
The Successful Applicant An ideal candidate will be a planning expert with 5+ years of experience in managing the planning function in animal feed / perishable food sector. Previous experience in building network and distribution operations from scratch is a must have. An incumbent shall be a thought leader with a strategic mindset. What's On Offer
