Job description
Overview:
To provide effective and impactful support to the institutions in the areas of career guidance,
alumni and parents connect with the objective of providing an enriching experience for the students
in the high school.
Qualifications and Experience:
Graduate/ Post Graduate with a minimum of ______15_years’ experience
would be given preference.
Responsibilities:
- Career Guidance:
An individual who has worked in/is familiar with the career guidance/ university
placement cell.
Must have an in-depth knowledge of the curriculum – IGCSE/ ICSE curriculum.
Must be familiar with the university application processes in India and overseas and
the eligibility criteria
Should be able to guide students in the process of subject selection
Have knowledge of the current industrial trends and courses being offered
- Prefectorial Procedures:
Familiar with the student election processes for the prefectorial body in school
Support and guide the leaders in the prefectorial board for initiatives and help them
initiate and sustain their activities. - Alumni Connect
Familiar with the process of building the alumni connect of the institution
Have a proven record of organising meetings with the alumni and have them
involved in activities for the institutions like career guidance for the current batch of
students
Initiate new initiatives with the support of alumni with the goal of providing a
clearer goal path for the students at the institution- Events and Celebrations
Familiar with working on the event calendar for the institution
Support in the planning of the events
Have review meetings to assess the success of the events and determine areas of
improvement with evidences. - Parent Connect
Individual familiar with the process of parent engagement in the institution
Familiar with organising MUN, TED talks, exchange programme, collaboration
programme, etc.,
