Job description
performs realtime monitoring and incident tracking and perform periodic health check.
Works on periodic system auditing (check listed) and status update.
DLP incident tracking and resolution as per SLA
Work with lead and align the deliverable accordingly.
Suggest and implement the industry best practices for Infra & endpoint security.
Work with OEM to address the known issues.
Regular reporting of Infra & Endpoint security
Ready to work in a 24x7 environment.
Preparing Trend analysis reports Weekly / Monthly
Policy creation or modification as per the client requirement or best practice
Endpoint security Implementation and Governance from POC patching Creating SOPs signature update or client reporting
Operational management of endpoint Security and infra security tools Work with client and ensure deliveries are happening as per the expectation/ scope.
Ready to work in a 24x7 environment.
