Designation – C hartered accountant, Assistant Manager
Salary: The salary range is till upto 9LPA.
Experience - Article + 1 -2 years
Location : Thane
Joining: Immediate preferred
Ø Statutory Audit of various Companies Of Manufacturing, Service and trading industry.
Ø Accounting Finalization of Companies.
Ø Tax Audits under Income Tax Act.
Ø Transfer Pricing Audit and filing of the audit report.
Ø Internal Audits of various firms.
Ø Computation of Income and Tax liability thereof and filing of Income Tax returns (Incl. e-filing) of Companies, firms.
Ø Computation of Advance Tax.
Ø Valuation of Shares for private placement of companies.
Ø Review of Company & LLP formation and Filing of forms relating to all ROC compliances.
Ø Analyzing the impact of Companies act and advising the clients about the same.Providing advisory services on the structuring of transactions so as to optimize tax efficiency and mitigate risk for a new business setup / transactions of existing company.
Ø FCGPR, FLA and ODI Forms filing (Part of RBI Compliances)
