Job Description



Job Requirements Qualification RequisiteCommerce / Accounts Graduate Experience

a) Commerce Graduate with minimum of 3 to 6 years of relevant experience
b) For AM position, prior team management experience of 2+ years preferred Functional Knowledge O2C stream viz. credit check, collections and cash application activities. Understanding of accounting principle and practices relevant to the OTC/Collections/Recovery domain, with focus on governance, client/customer engagement and service delivery, improvement projects

a) Experienced in issue identification and resolution in the defined tasks pertaining to order to cash process,
b) Highlights exceptions and works on resolution, etc
c) First point of contact for client engagement / escalation management
d) Identify and work towards improvements projects resulting in process efficieniesCompetency level With altleast 4 years experience in Process Management/Allocation of Work for
O2C
Collections:
a) Dunning & Negotiation
b) Dispute Management
c) Customers account Reconcilation
Cash Applicators
a) Cash Application
b) Account reconciliation
c) Dispute Management
d) Dunning
e) Dr and Cr clarity
f) Reasonbly Good accounting knowledge

Additional requirements:
a) Excelling in Reporting in excel/ppt
b) Reasonably good SAP knowledge

If Process further Requires additional roles then:
a) Order Processing
b) Billing & Invoicing
