Job description
- Process payroll data and maintain accurate records
- Ensure compliance with local and federal laws and regulations related to payroll
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding payroll matters
- Assist with recruitment and onboarding activities including job postings screening resumes conducting interviews and preparing job offers
- Provide guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies and procedures including performance management employee relations and compliance with laws and regulations
