Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Visual Merchandiser at Da Milano Italia's location in New Delhi. The Visual Merchandiser will be responsible for creating and maintaining eye-catching window displays, ensuring that store layouts are visually appealing and in line with the company's aesthetic, as well as training and managing store staff on visual merchandising best practices. This role requires a creative and detail-oriented individual with strong organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Retail experience, with a focus on customer service and sales
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Experience with creating visually appealing window displays
• Knowledge of design principles and ability to apply them to store layouts

Additional qualifications that would be beneficial include:

• Bachelor's degree in Visual Merchandising or related field
• Experience working in the luxury retail industry
• Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite
