Job Title: Public Relations (PR) Manager
Key Responsibilities - Develop PR Strategies: Create and implement comprehensive PR strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
- Media Relations: Build and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure positive coverage.
- Press Release Management: Draft, edit, and distribute press releases to announce company news, events, and milestones.
- Crisis Management: Develop and implement crisis communication plans to address potential issues and protect the company's reputation.
- Event Management: Plan and coordinate PR events, product launches, and press conferences to maximize media coverage.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content for press releases, articles, and other PR materials that effectively communicate the company's messages.
- Social Media Management: Collaborate with the social media team to ensure consistent messaging across all communication channels.
- Monitoring and Analysis: Monitor media coverage and industry trends, and provide regular reports on PR performance and opportunities.
Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Communications, Journalism, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a PR Manager or in a similar PR role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and relationship-building abilities.
- Crisis management experience.
- Familiarity with social media platforms and their role in PR.
- Creative thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Working Days: Monday to Friday
