Role: AuditorLocation: Hyderabad, TelanganaWork Shift: 2 PM - 11 PM ISTEmployment: Full Timethe team and importance of this role to our businessIn the role of a Quality Auditor, your primary responsibility is to conduct the final audit for all interview schedules, candidate care activities, and offer details to guarantee compliance and accuracy. The ideal candidates will possess a robust service-oriented mindset, excellent communication skills, a commitment to following processes, and exceptional attention to detail, particularly when managing multiple tasks. As an auditor, you will be accountable for meeting daily Key Performance Indicators (KPIs), and the team is expected to adhere to Service Level Agreements (SLAs) for offer processes.Responsibilities include:- Review and manage scheduling tickets, offer tickets, and candidate care tasks to ensure adherence to compliance standards and accuracy.- Collaborate with the AVIVA UK Team and Randstad AVIVA HYD team to address any identified compliance issues.- Document and track audit findings using a shared spreadsheet and communicate updates via email.- Participate in other specialized audit projects as assigned.Basic qualifications include:- Minimum of 12 months in current role- 1+ year experience with auditing in any capacity- 1+ year experience with Customer Service- Positive attitude with a willingness to learn- Working knowledge of excel, strong attention to detail- Excellent organizational and time management skills- Proficient verbal and written communication skillsWhat you will get in return?- Opportunity to work for global business service center and be a part of one of the fastest-growing center.- Collaborate on special projectsIf you are interested please get in touch with [email protected]: 9346997112
