Role: Chief Financial Officer Experience : 1-3 Years
Qualification: CA
Location: Belapur, Mumbai
Interview Location: Lower Parel, Mumbai
Job Mode: Work from Office (5 days)
Notice Period: 10-30 Days (serving)
Experience and Qualifications: Minimum 3 years o experience with at least 2 years in similar role
Familiar with Ind AS / IFRS standards
Knowledge of the Insurance sector preferable
Good inter-personal and communication skills
Job Description: Strategy and Execution: Execute the financial strategy of the company
Set up and oversee the company's finance IT system
Provide advice on how to increase revenue and reduce costs
Propose budgets and action plans to ensure that annual financial objectives are attained
Compliance:
Ensure compliance with the law and company's policies
Coordinate with the various Auditor and comply to their requirements
Board:
Responsible for providing various inputs for meeting the enhanced Board Report requirements
Support the CEO with the preparation of monthly and annual financial plans
Accounting and Taxation:
Maintain speed and accuracy of billing, client payments and collection of dues
Ensure timely payment of and produce all tax documentation as required
Risk and Investment:
Perform risk management by analyzing the organization's liabilities and investments
Decide on investment strategies by considering cash and liquidity risks
