Location: Mumbai, HO

Job Purpose: The Head of Execution and Construction Technology is a pivotal leadership role, responsible for driving operational excellence and leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and effectiveness across all aspects of our business. This role reports directly to the COO and collaborates closely with senior management to implement strategic initiatives and achieve organizational goals.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Timely execution of all key projects across GPL. Incumbent should be able to work in close collaboration with HO planning team to derive actionable insights and drive solutions with the zones. Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize operational processes and improve overall business performance. Lead cross-functional teams to execute key initiatives and projects, ensuring alignment with company objectives and timelines. Oversee the development and implementation of technology solutions to streamline operations, enhance productivity and drive innovation. Evaluate emerging technologies and trends to identify opportunities for improvement and competitive advantage. Fostering innovation involves identifying and adopting cutting-edge technologies that can revolutionize the real estate industry. This includes leveraging advancements in machine learning and data analytics to enhance various aspects of the business such as construction processes. Establish and maintain operational standards and best practices to maximize efficiency and quality throughout the organization. Identify areas for process improvement and implement solutions to optimize workflows and resource allocation. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track progress and drive continuous improvement efforts High focus on quality of delivery.

Educational Qualification:

15+ years of experience Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering (BE Civil) or related field; advanced degree or MBA preferred. Strong execution experience in the real estate industry, with a proven track record of delivering successful projects on time and within budget. Extensive experience in technology leadership roles, preferably within the real estate or related industries. Solid understanding of civil engineering principles, construction processes, and real estate development.

Skills: Demonstrated ability to effectively lead and develop teams, fostering a culture of excellence and innovation. Excellent communication, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills. Strategic thinker with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and measurable results.
