Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: - Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the jewellery industry.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.
Customer Segmentation: - Analyse customer data to identify and segment target audiences for personalized marketing efforts.
- Implement strategies to engage different customer segments effectively.
Data Management: - Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of customer data to drive informed decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.
Technology Integration: - Evaluate and implement CRM software solutions that align with the specific needs of the jewellery industry.
- Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
Customer Journey Mapping: - Develop and optimize customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience.
- Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.
Personalization and Loyalty Programs: - Create and manage personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
- Design and implement loyalty programs to drive customer retention and repeat business.
Performance Analytics: - Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
- Generate reports and insights to guide ongoing improvements and adjustments.
Team Leadership: - Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
- Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.
Requirements - Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
- Experience Required - 8+ Year
- Proven experience in CRM leadership roles within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
- In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance.
