Key Responsibilities:

Strategy Development:

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive CRM strategy tailored to the jewellery industry.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align CRM initiatives with overall business objectives.

Customer Segmentation:

  • Analyse customer data to identify and segment target audiences for personalized marketing efforts.
  • Implement strategies to engage different customer segments effectively.

Data Management:

  • Oversee the collection, storage, and analysis of customer data to drive informed decision-making.
  • Ensure compliance with data protection regulations and standards.

Technology Integration:

  • Evaluate and implement CRM software solutions that align with the specific needs of the jewellery industry.
  • Collaborate with IT teams to ensure seamless integration with existing systems.

Customer Journey Mapping:

  • Develop and optimize customer journey maps to enhance the overall customer experience.
  • Identify touchpoints for improvement and implement strategies to address pain points.

Personalization and Loyalty Programs:

  • Create and manage personalized marketing campaigns to enhance customer engagement.
  • Design and implement loyalty programs to drive customer retention and repeat business.

Performance Analytics:

  • Utilize analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of CRM initiatives.
  • Generate reports and insights to guide ongoing improvements and adjustments.

Team Leadership:

  • Build and lead a high-performing CRM team, providing guidance, training, and mentorship.
  • Foster a collaborative and innovative team culture.

Requirements

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field. Masters degree is a plus.
  • Experience Required - 8+ Year
  • Proven experience in CRM leadership roles within the jewellery or luxury goods industry.
  • In-depth knowledge of CRM tools, technologies, and best practices.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with data protection regulations and compliance.
  • Ability to work collaboratively across departments and levels of the organization.
  • Demonstrated success in driving customer engagement and loyalty.
