Job description
The Financial Controlling Analyst supports the management of financial activities at local level.
JOB SUMMARY:
The Executive - Accounts is contributing to the management of daily accounting operations.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
1) Run daily accounting operations including:
- month and end-year process
- accounts payable/receivable
- cash receipts
- general ledger
- payroll and utilities
- treasury, budgeting, cash forecasting
- revenue and expenditure variance analysis
- capital assets reconciliations
- trust account statement reconciliations
- check runs
- fixed asset activity
- debt activity
2) Monitor and analyze accounting data
3) Produce financial reports and statements
4) Participate in the coordination of annual audits
5) Contribute to improving systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions
6) Maintain fiscal files and records
PROFILE REQUIREMENTS:
Bachelors or Masters degree in Finance or Business Administration
Languages: English (Intermediate)
2+ years of experience in finance
Media agency, Digital industry, Tech company, Data company
