Position Title: ServiceNow Master Technical Architect
Duration: Fulltime
As a ServiceNow Master Technical Architect, you will play a pivotal role in designing, implementing, and optimizing ServiceNow solutions for our clients, This role requires a deep understanding of ServiceNow architecture, extensive technical expertise, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality solutions.
Key Responsibilities
1. Lead the design and architecture of ServiceNow solutions, ensuring alignment with client requirements and industry best practices.
2. Provide expert guidance on the customization and configuration of ServiceNow modules to meet specific business needs.
3. Demonstrate proficiency in implementing and customizing ServiceNow solutions for IRS or similar government agencies.
4. Understand IRS business processes and regulatory requirements to tailor ServiceNow applications accordingly.
5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful delivery of ServiceNow projects.
6. Mentor and guide junior architects and developers, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
7. Take ownership of the end-to-end project lifecycle, from requirements gathering to post-implementation support.
8. Provide accurate project estimates, timelines, and resource requirements.
9. Engage with clients and stakeholders to gather requirements, assess needs, and present technical solutions effectively.
10. Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Required Skills
1. Extensive experience in ServiceNow platform architecture and development.
2. Solid understanding of ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, HR, and custom applications.
3. Proven experience in designing and implementing ServiceNow solutions for IRS or similar government agencies.
4. Knowledge of IRS business processes, regulations, and compliance requirements.
5. ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Implementation Specialist (CIS) certifications are mandatory.
6. Additional certifications such as Certified Application Developer (CAD) or Certified Master Architect are highly desirable.
7. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
8. Experience in creating project plans, estimating efforts, and delivering projects on time and within budget.
9. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
10. Strong documentation skills to create detailed technical specifications and project documentation.
