Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Vice President - Presales (IT Infra & Cloud) at Integrated Tech9Labs Pvt. Ltd. in New Delhi. We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Associate Vice President (AVP) to lead our Solution Architecture and Pre-Sales function in the IT Infrastructure and Cloud Solutions department. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving solution architecture, pre-sales activities, and team leadership, with a strong focus on data center solutions, cloud transformations, and cybersecurity practices.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Solution Architecture:

• Design and develop comprehensive IT infrastructure and cloud solutions tailored to customer needs.

• Stay abreast of the latest trends in data center management, cloud technology, and cybersecurity.

• Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and aligned with industry best practices.

2. Pre-Sales Leadership:

• Lead the pre-sales team in engaging with potential clients to understand their requirements and propose effective solutions.

• Collaborate with sales teams to create compelling presentations and proposals.

• Participate in client meetings and presentations to provide technical expertise.

3. Team Management and Development:

• Manage and mentor a team of solution architects and pre-sales professionals.

• Foster a culture of innovation and continuous learning within the team.

• Plan and execute training programs to enhance team capabilities.

4. Strategic Planning:

• Contribute to the strategic planning of IT infrastructure and cloud services.

• Work closely with senior management to align the department's objectives with the company's goals.

• Identify opportunities for new business development and service offerings.

5. Customer Engagement:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients.

• Ensure customer satisfaction through the delivery of high-quality solutions.

• Act as a trusted advisor to clients on IT infrastructure and cloud strategies.

Qualifications (higher, the preferred)

• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT infrastructure, cloud solutions, and cybersecurity.

• Proven experience in solution architecture and pre-sales in a similar industry.

• Strong leadership skills with experience in managing and building high-performing teams.

• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and handle multiple projects simultaneously.

• Relevant technology certifications (e.g., Servers, Storage, Network, Backup, DC/BCP, Cloud & Security).
