Participate in daily stand-up meetings to monitor progress and address any roadblocks Contribute to the design of streamlined processes for program initiation, tracking, and delivery, ensuring efficient and successful project execution. Identify, engage, and manage diverse stakeholders. Address concerns, incorporate feedback, and maintain transparent communication throughout project life cycles. Contribute to sprint reviews and retrospectives, offering feedback and insights to drive continuous improvement in the development process Key requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related technical field; an MBA or equivalent experience A minimum of 1 year of experience in Software Development. At least 2 years of experience leading complex cross-functional programs 3-7 years of overall experience in software industry Understanding of Agile methodologies and frameworks, with an eagerness to apply them in real-world scenarios Strong business acumen combined with technical expertise. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills Preferred requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, along with an MBA Proficiency in tools like Jira and Confluence Proven history of on-time software delivery as part of collaborative teams.Job tags
