Job description
Lead and manage a team of highly skilled professionals with deep expertise in applications development and support responsible for the endtoend delivery of applications services to internal OpCos.
Leverage a comprehensive understanding of applications architecture development methodologies and technology stacks to drive optimal solutions.
Act as a subject matter expert in applications design development and deployment providing technical guidance to both the service delivery team and internal clients.
Serve as the primary point of contact for key clients regarding applications servicerelated inquiries escalations and requests.
Proactively identify areas for service improvement and champion initiatives to enhance the quality efficiency and effectiveness of applications services
Provide strong leadership guidance and mentorship to the applications service delivery team fostering a culture of excellence accountability and continuous improvement
Monitor and optimize resource utilization particularly for advanced applications projects to achieve costefficiency.
Implement and maintain robust security measures to safeguard client data and information specializing in advanced applications security practices.
your background
Bachelors degree in Information Technology Computer Science or a related field.
Over 15 years of experience in IT with a substantial portion in a leadership or managerial capacity demonstrating advanced applications expertise.
Strong knowledge of IT service management frameworks (e.g. ITIL) SDLC and best practices particularly in applications service delivery.
Proven track record of successfully managing largescale applications service delivery operations
Excellent communication negotiation and stakeholder management skills.
Demonstrated ability to drive process improvement initiatives and achieve operational excellence.
