Position title: Executive Assistant

Roles and Responsibilities: - Calendar Management:
- Organize and manage the executives calendar, including scheduling meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements.
- Coordinate and confirm appointments, ensuring the executives schedule is optimized.
- Excellent Communication.
- Screen and direct phone calls and emails to appropriate parties.
- Prepare and draft emails, letters, memos, and other documents on behalf of the executive.
- Meeting Coordination.
- Arrange and coordinate meetings, conferences, and events.
- Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and distribute them to participants.
- Ensure necessary resources and materials are prepared for meetings.
- Travel Arrangements:
- Perform general clerical duties, including photocopying, faxing, filing, and data entry.
- Maintain and organize office files and documents.
- Handle expense reports and petty cash management.
- Confidentiality, Handle sensitive information and maintain confidentiality at all times.
