Job description
1. Compilation of control system requirements for greenfield & brownfield projects. 2. Planning and execution of digital projects within budget and timelines. 3. Site visit for technical understanding of requirement and URS preparation / finalization. 4. Collaboration with internal and external stakeholders on the control system design, review, approval, ordering and implementation. 5. Preparation / review of P&ID, system architecture, bill of quantity, detailed engineering documents, cost estimate, control logic implementation and handover for automation systems at site. 6. Conduct FAT / SAT and review system performance against URS. 7. Commissioning & startup support to ensure system performance as per design. 8. Identifying new opportunities for digitization in the manufacturing & supply chain environment relevant to PIL with use cases 9. POC's for new technologies / platform IOT / Digital devices for the process control and efficiency improvement. 10. Assessment / selection of right solution in market and creation of business proposal. 11. Identifying new opportunities for digitization in the manufacturing & supply chain environment relevant to PIL with use cases 12. Execute pilot for the new solution and get buy-in from various stakeholders. 13. Horizontal deployment of new technology after completion of pilot project. 14. Support operations team for troubleshooting and improvement in existing technology areas. 15. Familiarity with manufacturing execution systems, ERP, data visualization tools, machine learning and predictive modeling
Education, Skills & Experience- B.E. / B. Tech / M. Tech – Electronics & Telecommunication / Instrumentation Engineering Experience: Min 3-4 years of experience on newer technologies like IoT, cloud, MES, historianJob tags
