Role Description
This is a part-time hybrid role for a Management Team Member located in New Delhi with flexibility for some remote work. The Management Team Member will be responsible for day-to-day activities related to managing and growing the business through direct selling. Duties include building and leading a team, developing and executing sales and marketing strategies, and managing financials. The Management Team Member will work closely with the team leadership to achieve business goals and ensure consumer satisfaction.
Qualifications
- Experience in building and leading a team
- Basic Communication and management skills
- Age should be 18+
- Ability to work independently and remotely, while also collaborating with leadership and team members
- Experience in related field is a plus
- 12 th Pass, Bachelor's degree, Masters Degree
