Gattani Ply is a leading plywood manufacturing company based in Jorhat, Assam. The company has recently expanded to manufacturing WPC/PVC products and plans to venture into decorative laminates in the near future.

Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Financial Human Resources Manager. The Financial Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day financial and human resource management tasks, including but not limited to budget management, employee performance management, and payroll administration. While the role is primarily based in New Delhi, remote work is acceptable.

Qualifications

• Human Resources (HR) and HR Management skills
• Strong analytical skills with experience in finance and budget management
• Experience in performance management and payroll administration
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Accounting, or related field
• Experience in the plywood or manufacturing industry is a plus
