Our corporation represents various multinational corporations manufacturing key raw materials for the Paints, Inks, Adhesives, Cosmetics, Plastics, Building, and Construction companies. We distribute their products on a pan-India basis and service over 1500 key customers throughout India. We have over 50 employees working through 6 sales offices across India.
Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Marketing Manager at BDC Distribution Pvt. Ltd. located in New Delhi. The Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies, conducting market research, analyzing market trends, and managing marketing budgets. The Marketing Manager will also be responsible for collaborating with cross-functional teams within the organization and managing relationships with external partners.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Marketing Manager or a similar role
- Experience in developing and implementing marketing strategies
- Proficient in market research and analysis
- Excellent leadership and teamwork skills
- Good understanding of marketing metrics and budget management
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
- Experience in the distribution industry or relevant field is a plus
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple projects simultaneously
- Required technical undergrad in Chemistry for understanding the product categories and their applications.
