Job Profile: Handling Emails & Calls (Blended).
Job Type: Full Time – Permanent - Duration 9 Hours (including 1 hr break)
Mandatory Criteria:
Communication Skill: Excellent communication needed in English and Hindi.
Education: Higher secondary.
Experience: Minimum 8 months BPO experience required.
Work Timing: 9 am to 9 pm rotational (No Night Shifts).
Week Off: Rotational, 6 days working.
Maximum Age Limit: 40
Interview Structure:
HR Round – Yes
Typing Test – Min 25 WPM/80% accuracy
Ops Round
Versant Test (Written Versant Score should be 60)
Client Round
Documents Required:
Aadhar Card (Complete Date of Birth) – Mandatory
Pan Card - Mandatory
Education Marks sheets – 10th, 12th, Mandatory
