Job Overview: Aptitude Trainer
We are looking for an experienced and energetic Aptitude Trainer. The Aptitude Trainer will be in the role of conceiving, implementing, and delivering aptitude training programmes to improve the computational, logical, and problem-solving skills of individuals, particularly those preparing for placement in engineering and management programmes. Qualifications And Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field. • Established experience as an aptitude trainer or in an equivalent job. • Extensive knowledge of aptitude testing methods and AMCAT placement tests. • Strong communication and presenting abilities. • Demonstrates patience and adaptability to different teaching strategies. • Demonstrated expertise in integrating technology into training programs. • Passionate about education and professional development. Key Responsibilities: 1. Develop comprehensive aptitude training courses for engineering and management students, incorporating industry trends and placement examinations to assure relevance. 2. Deliver engaging and interactive aptitude training sessions for engineering and management students using various teaching methods and resources to cater to diverse learning styles. Provide personalized feedback and guidance to participants to enhance their aptitude skills. 3. Analyse evaluation data to adapt future training sessions based on unique requirements and problems. 4. Student Collaboration: Work with other firms, trainers, and educators to incorporate aptitude training into larger educational projects. 5. Effectively communicate progress reports to stakeholders to keep them informed.
