Instructional Designer (freshers)
Any fresher who is passionate about content writing for E-learnings can apply for this position. Interacting and Gather information from the SME. Select, modify, or create a design and development model appropriate for a given project. Participate in multiple projects. Suggest instructional enhancements to the content assets so that the learning experience is superior. Identify the gaps in the content and fill them. Check if all the content assets follow the instructional guidelines. Do a thorough language review. Interact with graphic Designers and provide instructions and guidance in creating images. Interact with developers to explain functionality and ensure that it is done as per instructions. Interact with the client to understand requirements and implement them. Ensure quality guidelines are followed. Analyze the content and create storyboards for CBT and WBT BenefitsJob tags
