Overview:
The Software Sales Executive plays a crucial role in driving revenue growth for our organization by selling our cuttingedge software solutions to potential clients. This position is vital to our companys success as it directly impacts our sales targets and market expansion efforts.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within the software market
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for selling software products
- Build and maintain strong longlasting customer relationships
- Present promote and sell software products using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers
- Conduct product demonstrations to potential clients showcasing the value and benefits of our software solutions
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on software products
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Stay current with industry trends competitive landscape and market information
- Attend industry events and conferences to generate new business leads
- Prepare sales reports and forecasts to meet and exceed sales targets
- Collaborate with the marketing team to implement lead generation strategies
- Provide trustworthy feedback and aftersales support
- Conduct customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain a strong understanding of the companys products and services
- Contribute to the development of sales strategies and marketing campaigns
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field
- Proven work experience as a Software Sales Executive or a similar sales role
- Demonstrated track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets
- Strong knowledge of CRM software and MS Office
- Excellent communication negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Ability to deliver engaging presentations to potential clients
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects at a time while paying strict attention to detail
- Understanding of sales performance metrics
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Experience in customer service and postsales support
- Strong problemsolving and analytical abilities
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Willingness to travel for client meetings and industry events as needed
- Positive and enthusiastic attitude towards work and the ability to thrive in a fastpaced environment
- Availability to work flexible hours and handle pressure effectively
