Monday to Saturday (Work from Office)

We work with the central government and state governments to impact over 2.5 mn children. Established by a passionate founding group (IIT IIM HBS Rochester MBBstartup alumni) Board and backed by reputed funders we are a diverse team of passionate energetic and optimistic folks with a shared ambition of transforming India s education system.

Overview : This position seeks an entrylevel fulltime person who is sharp can build a deep understanding of our customers teachers and parents in the government school/anganwadi ecosystem. The candidate will work directly with the Manager to resolve user queries and help keep the Outbound calling department run efficiently and profitably to increase customer satisfaction and meet their expectations.

1. Establishing the trust and relationship with our users

2. Taking ownership of the problem and resolving them in a timely manner

3. Excellent communication and presentation skills

4. Humble and empathetic towards lowincome smartphone users to try understand and solve their issues using our product

Key Activities

1. Handle a large volume of outbound calls in a timely manner

2. Identify the needs of customers resolve issues and provide solutions.

3. Meet personal targets and work towards meeting team targets.

4. Documenting all of the interactions and details of the action taken

5. Interact with internal team members to discuss and escalate specific customer queries

6. Proactive approach towards support

Areas of responsibility

1. Daily calling tasks to be completed in a timely manner

2. Must ensure they meet all the KPI s.

3. Resolve the issue as per the Customer Service Agreement and escalate in a proper way according to the escalation matrix
