Job description
Job Position: Architect (1-3 years of experience)
Project Type: Museum, interpretation centre, adaptive-reuse of heritage building, institutions
Qualification: Bachelor's degree in architecture/ spatial design.
Location: New Delhi, Project-based travel to other cities may be requested.
We are looking for a detail-oriented, self-driven, and tech-savvy architect with interests in arts and heritage who can work from concept to execution on our projects of museums/interpretation centers, adaptive-reuse of heritage buildings and interiors
Key Responsibilities:
1. Work with a team of architects, designers, and researchers in architecture/interior projects.
2. Preparation of concept presentation with drawings, 3Ds, and renders.
3. Preparation of detailed design with working drawings. The applicant should have a good understanding of integrated drawings in architecture, civil, and interiors, and the creation of the same with inputs from the technical consultants.
4. Preparation of Bill of Quantities (BoQs) in MS Excel, consulting with manufacturers, evaluating and selecting project-related materials
5. Casual supervision for project execution.
Requirements:
1. Bachelor's degree in Architecture/Spatial Design.
2. 1 to 3 years of experience, prior working experience in museums, interpretation centers, and institutional projects are beneficial.
3. Prior working experience in detailing display furniture drawings is beneficial.
4. Proficiency in AutoCAD/Ares Commander, Sketchup, and MS Office Suite. The applicant must be good at making their drawings and 3D models using Auto CAD and Sketchup.

Package Details
Salary range: Rs 30,000-Rs 45,000/month
Probation period: 3 months
Paid leaves/year: 23 days after probation
Timing: 9 am-6.30 pm, Mondays to Saturdays, 2nd and 4th Saturday off
For outstation employees, the Studio could offer subsidized shared accommodation based on availability.
