Designation: Purchase Executive

Job Location: Mumbai (Lower Parel)

Job Responsibility

Communication with vendors/inventors for orders

Follow-ups for dispatch of shipment in time

Approval of import documents

Keep updated records of import orders, container status

Coordinate with current vendors & finding new vendors

Prepare documents for payment to vendors and submit to accounts department

Communicate with local buyers to inform them about the dispatch of material

Finding new international vendors

Experience

Candidate with minimum of 1 year of experience
