Job description

HERE is searching for a Project Manager as we create a FinOps center of excellence within Finance composed of cross functional skill sets to instill best cloud management practices across HERE.

• As a Project Manager on our team you will be responsible for defining, developing and delivering complex projects and effectively managing cross-functional teams to deliver results.
• You will bring clarity and transparency to the team and stakeholders by conducting detailed planning sessions, and providing regular project updates and reporting to stakeholders and executives.
• Projects will range from optimization and efficiency focused efforts to deliver cost savings, to reporting improvements around cost transparency and KPIs to improve business decision making.

A successful candidate will possess deep analytical skills, project management experience, strong written communication, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to complete tasks while working both independently and collaboratively in a cross-functional environment.

You are a team-player who is comfortable collaborating cross functionally with engineers, product managers, executives, and many other stakeholder groups. You have experience with cloud computing administration and cost management methodologies and tooling. You are a fast learner, with an eye for detail, and strong problem-solving skills. In addition, you should have:

• Bachelor or Master’s Degree with related work experience
• Thorough understanding of project and program management best practices and tools
• Strong analytical abilities and problem solving skills
• Excellent people and process skills to foster effective teamwork and strong collaboration
• Proven understanding of technology and work process flows
