We are seeking a highly skilled Program Manager to serve as a pivotal link between our Tech/Product functions and the CEO Office.
What will you do
- Program Lifecycle Management- Drive program initiation, strategy creation, execution, and delivery while continuously monitoring and reporting status to stakeholders throughout the lifecycle
- End-to-End Ownership - Assume a pivotal role throughout program phases including analysis, development, and implementation, ensuring seamless progression and alignment with organizational objectives
- Problem Solving - Mitigate any problems or issues that arise during program execution, proactively addressing challenges to keep programs on track
- Stakeholder Management- Collaborate across multiple teams to coordinate dependencies, negotiate scope, timelines, and roadmaps with business owners, stakeholders, and product/engineering teams
- Strategic Roadmap - Contribute to building the company's Tech and Product roadmap journey, leveraging insights gained from program management activities
Who should apply for this role
- Individuals with 5-7 years of proven experience in program management, preferably in a technology or product-focused environment
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively coordinate and collaborate across diverse teams and stakeholders
