Position: Relationship manager Direct Channel (Banking Sector Bangalore)
Responsibilities:
As a Senior Relationship Manager
you will:
- Develop and execute corporate sales strategies in the Banca Sales Channel within the Mumbai banking sector.
- Cultivate and manage relationships with corporate clients to achieve business targets.
- Lead mentor and support a highperforming sales team in driving sales within the Banca channel.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction.
- Monitor market trends competitor activities and industry developments to inform business strategy.
Requirements:
To be successful in this role you need:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in field sales or life insurance.
- Graduation from a recognized university.
- Proven success in corporate sales preferably within the banking sector.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Indepth knowledge of Mumbais banking and financial sector.
Compensation:
- Competitive Salary: INR 2.5 to 4.5 LPA
