Job brief

We are looking for a high-performing Sales Manager to help us meet our customer acquisition and revenue growth targets by keeping our company competitive and innovative. You will be responsible for maximizing our sales team potential, crafting sales plans, and justifying those plans to the upper management.

The ideal candidate should be motivated, well-organized individual who has a deep understanding of prospecting and developing strong relationships with customers.

Managing recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives

Responsibilities:

  1. Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
  2. Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands the company’s customer base and ensures its a strong presence
  3. Own recruiting, objectives setting, coaching, and performance monitoring of sales representatives
  4. Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs
  5. Present sales, revenue, and expenses reports and realistic forecasts to the management team

Requirements and skills:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field
  2. Successful previous experience as a sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding targets
  3. Committed to continuous education through workshops, seminars, and conferences
  4. Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels of the organization
  5. Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
  6. Strong business sense and industry expertise.
  7. Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills.
  8. Graduate with minimum 2 years of Sales Manager preferably in the Automotive/ Ev Industry.
  9. Need to be able to work based on targets and must have the ability to handle pressure.
  10. Should be able to converse fluently in English.
  11. Should be willing to travel frequently in their target region.
  12. Strong computer skills utilizing the Internet, email, and Microsoft Office Suite.
