Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Technical Support Executive where the hired candidate will be responsible for providing technical support to clients, assisting customers in troubleshooting their issues and resolving them, and maintaining customer relationships.

Qualifications

• Good analytical skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues
• Experience in customer support and service, with the ability to maintain strong customer relationships
• Strong technical support skills, with the knowledge of various software and applications
• Good communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts.
• Experience in relevant fields such as Instrumentation & Process Automation is a plus
