The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in fast-growing industries such as construction, e-commerce, fintech & AI to name a few. In addition to fulfilling the traditional responsibilities of a Product Owner, this role encompasses aspects of a Project Manager and Technical Development Manager to ensure end-to-end project success.Key ResponsibilitiesProduct Ownership: - Collaborate with project stakeholders to comprehend project goals, scope, and requirements. - Develop project plans, timelines, schedules, outline tasks and milestones. - Conduct market research and stay abreast of industry trends to enhance product competitiveness.Project Management: - Oversee end-to-end project delivery, ensuring timely and within-budget completion. - Develop project plans, allocate resources, and track progress against milestones. - Mitigate risks and resolve issues to ensure successful project outcomes.Technical Development Management :- Work closely with technical teams to ensure the implementation of product features aligns with the overall vision.- Collaborate with Technical Leads and Developers to address technical challenges and ensure adherence to best practices.- Foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the technical development teams.ross-Functional Collaboration: - Work closely with development teams, UX/UI designers, and other stakeholders to ensure product vision and requirements are clearly understood. - Foster a collaborative and innovative environment to drive project success.Continuous Improvement: - Identify opportunities for process improvements and implement best practices. - Conduct retrospectives to gather feedback and drive continuous enhancement.Requirements:- Proven experience as a Product Owner/Project Manager in fast-growing industries such as construction, e-commerce, fintech, AI, etc.- Strong project management skills with a successful track record of delivering complex projects on time and within budget.- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.- Solid understanding of software development life cycle and methodologies.- Experience working in a cross-functional and collaborative environment.- Relevant certifications (e.g., Scrum Master, CSPO, PMP) are a plus.If you are a motivated and results-oriented professional looking to contribute to cutting-edge projects in a dynamic environment, we invite you to join Software Co.
