Dynamic executive-level Online Marketer in the fashion industry, adept at orchestrating impactful Facebook advertising campaigns and collaborating seamlessly with digital marketing agencies. Responsibilities

1) Handling Facebook Ad Account:

• Develop and implement effective Facebook advertising strategies to drive brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.

• Optimize ad campaigns regularly to achieve key performance indicators (KPIs) such as click- through rates, conversion rates, and return on ad spend.

• Conduct thorough audience research and segmentation to tailor ad content for maximum relevance and impact.

• Stay updated on Facebook advertising trends, features, and algorithm changes to ensure cutting- edge strategies.

2) Coordination with Digital Marketing Agency:

• Collaborate with the digital marketing agency to align overall marketing objectives and ensure seamless execution of integrated campaigns.

• Provide clear briefs and guidelines to the agency for creative development, targeting, and budget allocation.

• Regularly monitor and evaluate the agency's performance against agreed-upon metrics and provide feedback for continuous improvement.

• Foster a strong and collaborative relationship with the agency to leverage industry best practices.

3) Maintaining Visual Merchandising of the Website:

• Oversee the visual representation of products on the website, ensuring alignment with brand aesthetics and seasonal themes.

• Collaborate with the design and development teams to enhance user experience and optimize website navigation.

• Monitor and analyze user behavior data to make data-driven decisions on visual elements and layout improvements.

• Ensure timely updates of product displays, banners, and promotional sections in accordance with marketing calendar.

4) Conceptualizing and Ideation of Creatives and Templates:

• Lead the conceptualization and ideation of creative campaigns in alignment with overall marketing and brand strategies.

• Work closely with graphic designers to develop visually appealing and brand-consistent creatives for various digital platforms.

• Conduct regular brainstorming sessions to generate innovative ideas for campaigns, promotions, and collaborations.

• Evaluate creative performance metrics and iterate on designs based on user engagement and

feedback.
