Job Title: Customer Service Specialist 


Department: Customer Suppot 

Location: Malad, Andheri and Airoli.

Job Summary: 
As a Customer Service Representative in our Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) company, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role involves addressing customer inquiries, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive customer experience. This position requires excellent communication skills, problem-solving abilities, and a customer-centric approach.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum: HSC/Graduated
  • Voice process experience preferred

Salary:
  • Fresher: 14k to 16k In-hand + Incentives
  • 6 months above experience: 18k to 24k In-hand + Incentives
  • 12 months above experience: 20k to 29k In-hand + Incentives
  • 18 months above experience: 30k to 35k In-hand + Incentives

Work Schedule:
  • Weekly 2 rotational week-offs

Responsibilities:
  • Handle customer inquiries and issues via phone.
  • Provide information about products/services and resolve customer complaints.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed customer interaction records.
  • Adhere to established processes and guidelines.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve common goals.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by meeting or exceeding service expectations.

Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written).
  • Previous experience in a voice process is a plus.
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Flexibility to work in rotational shifts.
