Job description

JOB DISCRIPTION FOR QUALITY ANALYST

Should have experience as Quality Analyst 1 year & above.

Should have knowledge of 7 Quality Control tools.

Conduct Transaction Quality Audits and Drive Quality Initiatives.

Provide Transaction Quality Metrics.

Provide Feedbacks and suggestions for improvement.

Publish Dashboards at defined intervals and Conduct Root Cause Analysis for Process Deviations.

Maintain Records for Internal QMS.

Provide data inputs to internal stakeholders.

Ensure Confidentiality, Availability and Integrity of Data.

Data/Documentation Analysis (Error Analysis and Root Cause Analysis for process deviations).

Monitor projects/transactions and provide qualitative/constructive feedback to the team members.

Identify the gaps and suggest improvements.

Guide the team by implementing best practices.

Knowledge Understanding of the process, evaluation & feedback, reporting and analysis.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.

Good knowledge about MS Office, MS Excel and experience creating reports.
