Role And Responsibilities

The Front Office Admin is a pivotal role in ensuring the smooth operation of the reception area. They will be responsible for providing exceptional administrative and customer service support to visitors, clients, and employees. Key responsibilities include:

  • Greeting and directing visitors
  • Notifying staff of visitor arrivals
  • Maintaining security and telecommunications system
  • Managing pantry & kitchen staff
  • Keeping the reception area clean
  • Documenting actions and irregularities
  • Managing incoming and outgoing calls
  • Vendor and stock management
  • Coordinating with other offices
  • Attendance and leave management
  • Courier and record maintenance
  • Telephone bill and billing dispatches
  • Coordinating with sales for address book and database
  • Business card management

Candidate Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent; associate's or bachelor's degree is a plus. Prior experience in front office administration or a related role is preferred. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Strong organizational and multi-tasking abilities. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
