Job Description – Functional Safety Job Overview • In-depth knowledge of ISO 26262 Standard • Experience with application of ISO 26262 standard to different automotive electronic systems • Knowledge of different automotive electronic systems and their working • System Engineering concepts • Knowledge of Vehicle and software architecture • Wide exposure to different automotive software technologies, tools, processes, etc. Responsibilities and Duties • Hands-on experience conducting Hazard and Risk Analysis(HARA) • Preparation of Functional Safety Concept and Requirements • Preparation of Technical Safety Concept and Requirements • Performed Safety analysis using FMEA, FTA, DFA • Evaluating system designs, safety mechanisms, fault handling techniques, diagnostic methods and testing methodologies for functional safety compliance • Understanding of safety standards ISO 26262, IEC 61508, ASIL levels and Part / Phase 6 • Performing Functional Safety confirmation reviews Job Specific skills • Knowledge of ISO 26262 standard and its application • Knowledge of different automotive electronic systems and their working • Experience in taking part in customer interactionJob tags
