Poly India is a leading Packaging Solution company based in India. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Tele Sales Executive to join our dynamic sales team. This role requires excellent communication skills, a positive attitude, and a strong desire to succeed in a sales-driven environment.
As a Tele Sales Executive, you will be responsible for maintaining and growing our customer base by promoting our telecommunications products and services. You will be working closely with potential customers, understanding their needs, and offering them appropriate solutions. This role requires exceptional persuasive and negotiation skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with customers.
Responsibilities
- Conducting outbound calls to potential customers and identifying sales opportunities
- Explaining the features and benefits of our products
- Providing accurate information to customers about product pricing and availability
- Closing sales deals over the phone and achieving monthly sales targets
- Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Updating customer information in the company database
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends to ensure a competitive edge in the market
Requirements
- Proven work experience as a Tele Sales Executive or similar role in the Packaging industry
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to handle objections and close sales deals effectively
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proactive approach to problem-solving
- Self-motivated and target-driven mindset
- Proficient in using sales software and CRM systems
- Must be Punctual at work shifts
