Designation: Assistant Manager / Manager - Sourcing
Position Summary
• Location: Kandivali W, Mumbai

Industry Experience
• 2+ years' experience of working with a Real Estate developer
• Should have actively participated in 2-5 launches in western zone
Educational Qualification
• Graduation/Diploma in any discipline from a recognized university
Roles and Responsibilities
• Work on growing a strong channel partner (CP) network for western zone and
driving sales through them
• Conducting regular CP meetings and periodically activating new CPs in the
allocated micro-market
• Ensure retention and engagement with existing CPs
• Understand CP potential and accordingly extend the required marketing support to
deserving CPs
• Be up to date with the micro-market news, aware of competition (new projects
launches, schemes, incentives, inventory, etc)
• Assist in organizing and managing channel partner workshops and events
organized by the management
• Support the site head in creating micro-market strategy
• Support the core CPs in creating a lead generation plan
• Manage any complaints from the respective activated CPs
