Role Description
Maximize up-time of all the assigned Plant / Equipments at optimum cost ensuring safety and maintenance quality. Maintenance of mechanical facilities in respective area. To meet Safety, Cost, Quality and throughput targets as per ABP To drive improvement activity in own area as per plan. Compliance to all statutory and legal requirements, IMS Standards and the safety standards laid by Tata Steel Skills 001 Ensure Raw Coal Beneficiation to produce clean coal and other by-products as per agreed quality and quantity parameter by managing optimal operation of Coarse Clean Coal and fine clean coal beneficiation circuit to produce clean coal as per customer requi rement monitoring loss analysis and daily Management Implementation Complying Integrated Management System standard data analysis and process optimization. 002 Compliance to safety norms - Implementation of Safety Excellence Management System and Contractor Safety Management Standard Maintain and improve safe working condition in the related area. Build and monitor systems to mitigate the hazards and risk involv ed in the process. Prepare SOPs for the related areas Conduct communication meeting like tool box meeting, departmental communication meeting on regular basis. 003 Improvement of skill and knowledge of people Involve and train people on TQM and 'Continuous Improvement' philosophy. Knowledge of TQM Philosophy viz.
