Job Description - Lead and oversee a cross-functional team to drive innovation initiatives within the craft spirits division, ensuring alignment with overall business strategy and objectives.
- Develop and execute innovative strategies to enhance brand positioning, product development, and market penetration in the craft spirits category.
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, sales, and operations teams to identify market trends, consumer insights, and competitive intelligence to inform product innovation and brand strategies.
- Manage the end-to-end product lifecycle, from concept ideation to commercialization, ensuring timely and successful launch of new products while maintaining brand integrity.
- Drive brand readiness efforts, including packaging design, brand messaging, and go-to-market strategies to ensure effective communication and alignment with target consumers.
- Monitor and analyze market performance, sales data, and consumer feedback to iterate and optimize product offerings and marketing strategies.
- Foster a culture of creativity, collaboration, and continuous improvement within the innovation team, promoting an environment conducive to idea generation and experimentation.
- Establish and maintain strong relationships with external partners, including suppliers, distributors, and industry stakeholders, to support innovation initiatives and business growth.
- Stay abreast of industry trends, emerging technologies, and regulatory developments relevant to the craft Spirits market, proactively identifying opportunities and risks.
- Develop and manage budgets, forecasts, and KPIs related to innovation projects and brand performance, ensuring financial targets and objectives are met.
