Job Profile:
This is a full-time on-site role for a Human Resources Manager. The Human Resources Manager will be responsible for day-to-day HR tasks including recruiting, hiring, training, compensation and benefits management, performance management, and employee relations. The Human Resources Manager will also be responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. What we are looking for in you
- 8+ years of experience in Human Resources
- Experience in IT industry preferred
- Strong knowledge of human resources management principles and practices
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with recruiting and hiring (will be an added advantage)
- Knowledge of compensation and benefits management
- Experience with performance management
- Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Â Females Preferred
