Position : Area Franchise Manager
Qualification : Any
Experience : 3 years in Franchise Sales of Ayurveda Products
Salary : 25k - 35k
Job Responsibilities :
· To identify and onboard new PCD partners to expand our market presence and increase revenue
· Collaborate with the marketing team for sales material
· Provide training and support to partners
· Establish healthy relationships with PCD partners by providing quality products & services
· Monitor sales performance and report to management
Required Skills :
· Strong understanding of the PCD distribution model
· Excellent Communication & Negotiation Skills
